Lumvex Labs provides AI-powered software development services and products, including:

• Custom AI solutions using LLMs, Computer Vision, and NLP
• AWS infrastructure design and implementation
• Mobile and web applications, including ExpenseLens and other AI-powered products

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or transmit through our services ("User Content"), including receipt images and expense data in ExpenseLens.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Product-Specific Terms

Certain products and services may have additional terms and conditions. For ExpenseLens, please refer to the terms available at www.expenselens.ai. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail.

Payment Terms

For paid services and products:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMVEX LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumvex Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
